All Love Collections has a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Please contact our office within 3 days of receipt to ensure a prompt exchange or refund. If you (or your gift recipient) are not completely delighted with the quality or condition of a delivered product, we will unconditionally replace the product(s), or offer a full refund or credit – whichever YOU prefer. Please contact our customer service department immediately if there is a problem with your order. We do make it right! 

Returns / Refund Policy:

If a product arrives damaged or with items missing, please notify us within within 3 days of receipt of order. We would be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible. Perishable and fragile products can’t be returned. These products are covered by our guarantee and will be replaced if they arrive damaged.

For items that shipped for free, our shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Payment By Credit Card

we charge our customer’s credit card at the time the order is placed. Unless the order specifically requests a Delayed Delivery Date, all orders are shipped within 1 business day. Customers placing Delayed Delivery Date orders may, at their discretion, elect to submit their orders using Contact Customer instead of Pay By Credit Card. Orders submitted as Contact Customer will be charged when the order is shipped.

Shipping Information

We use Fedex, UPS and USPS for all shipments. Shipping charges are calculated on a per- product basis directly from our own discounted Fedex, UPS and USPS rates. We ship most of our products from Pasadena, California and our gift baskets are available for shipment anywhere in the continental U.S. (Alaska, and Hawaii by phone order only).

During peak periods (the week immediately preceding Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and Christmas) orders may not ship until the Business Day, regardless of what time the order is placed. Please call us if you have concerns. Business Days are defined as Monday through Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday, or most public Holidays
